Catalog Note:
A number of vases with this signature dated 1919 have emerged and there is a theory that they are the combined efforts of Arthur and Patti Conant done when Patti was off for maternity leave. There appears to be both a P and an A along with the letter C in this monogram. Some of these pieces strongly resemble Arthur's work and the supposition is that this is a combined effort. It is merely a supposition until proven or unproven.
