Shade: appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; no apparent damage such as hairline cracks to any of the eight bent slag glass panels; the metal filigree appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; no immediately obvious losses were detected and only one small separation break to the metal filigree was noted; the top of the metal rim mount is stamped HANDEL PAT'D. NO. 979664
Base: the lamp is fitted with three light sockets with pull chains with acorn terminals; one of the pull chains is not working; the lamp is currently wired; the light sockets and wiring were not tested; typical dulled/soiled appearance to the patina, commensurate with age, use and handling; retains a pierced metal heat cap with ball finial, presumably original; the underside of the base is marked HANDEL
