DESCRIPTION: A Judaica Kenneth Treister "The Family of God" bronze sculpture. This is a limited edition bronze menorah depicting a figural family, atop a wooden base. It was commissioned by the United Jewish Appeal and was originally presented by Israeli Ambassador, Abba Eban (April 1969). This bronze sculpture is numbered 63 from a total of 100 pieces. Kenneth Treister is a world renowned architect, winner of multiple awards. Mr. Treister has designed and built iconic projects in every continent and major city in the world. The work with which he most identifies is the Holocaust Museum in Miami Beach, FL. It took over 5 years to build as it included the signature hand rising to the heavens cast in bronze.
