This cast iron cigar cutter and lighter combination is manufactured by the Brunhoff Specialty Co. and advertises Poet 10¢ cigars. The cast iron base is in original patina with signs of plating loss. The front advertising is also in original paint, which has been faded, with an original graphic of the Poet in the middle. Both of the dip wicks have been replaced, the font is original and has a ruby-red shade.
