The cobalt blue used is a lighter blue.The dish has a shallow unglazed foot with refined, white clay and a glazed base. There is a small rim chip, glaze frits around the mouth rim and rough areas on the foot. There is wear to the gilding, the iron red enamels, as well as wear to the central well.
