Both cases are very sturdy and solid, remaining firmly fixed on the floor when shook. No movement observed in their frames. They both exhibit light rubbing and wear except as noted. There are areas of finish loss and lifted finish to the top of one commode. It has been partially polished over but remains visible. The top of the other commode has a few small spots of lifted finish. Drawers slide freely. Doors open as intended. One pull on a cupboard door is missing its back plate and now attached with wire. There is some rubbing to the finish where the drop pulls rub against the case.
