Franklin D. Roosevelt "Man of the Hour" tall spelter clock with mechanical dial, Brooklyn, New York, dated 1933, depicting Franklin D. Roosevelt manning a ship's wheel. Captioned on the base, "F.D.R. The Man of the Hour". The clock was produced by United Electric Clock Corp. of Brooklyn and issued around the time of FDR's first inaugural March 1933. [15 1/2" H x 10 1/2" W x 4 1/2" D]. Metal break at rear of base. Toning and minor soiling to the clock face. It is unclear whether the clock is in working order.
