Krishna as a baby boy holding a ball of butter in his lifted hand, crawling on his feet and hands. His face is lifted and he is smiling cheekily. This is a reference to the story where Krishna stole butter from his mother. His body is adorned with the sacred thread. Slightly worn. Apart from this depiction baby krishna, also called "bal gopala" is also often shown dancing on one leg with the butter ball in his hand.
