Vintage 14kt Emerald Diamond Ring, sz. 4.75, appx. .40 ctw - natural pear-shaped emeralds - one is thinner the the other in appx. 5.1mm by 3mm; 4.5mm by 3mm; and 5.5mm x 2.8mm and two prong-set diamonds that are appx. 2mm round. Exact measurements cannot be taken due to setting and access to the underside of the stone for a depth measurement. The band is 1.2mm wide at top shoulders where it connects to the setting and gets wider around the finger to 2.9mm at the back of the finger. The setting over the finger is appx. 13.5mm down the finger and 12.6mm across the finger covering the top of the finger. This is a heavier ring than many at 3.88 grams. It is signed but part of it is worn away - it looks like Lof--l (cant read the two letters) Lef--l. This is a very fine quality ring - not the department store fine jewelry - you can tell by the details in the design and in the weight of the gold. Very nice art deco style with tiers and looped gold on both ends. The gold is like new - there is some wear on the stones but still very nice and price has been adjusted for that - you need to see it through a magnifying glass. Natural emeralds and diamonds. This ring can be resized by your jeweler. I've seen similar rings for over $1,000 in Etsy and other venues. This is a golden opportunity to get a ring at a price higher than it is listed at.
