+Burr Sisters, three framed pencil drawings, including: two interior drawings attributed to Fannie Burr (Connecticut, 1858 - 1931), both with note stating they were drawn in 1872, one of stairway, one of brick oven and barrel, both matted and framed behind glass with toning and minor foxing, both ss: 6 1/4" h. x 4 1/2" w.; and last "Horse's Head & Trunk", No. 512, with affidavit, depicts the front half of horse with the body trailing out of frame, no signature viewed, foxing, ss: 4 1/2" h. x 3" w., all pieces with wear consistent with age, none examined out of frame. [PROVENANCE: Affidavit available to successful buyer stating "Horse's Head & Trunk" was inherited from the Burr sisters to Julian Eddy in 1962.
