Description

Primitive Antique Painted Storage Blanket Trunk Chest. Beautiful wooden chest has been painted long ago a gray/blue/green, which now has been worn, leaving a lovely patina. Lid is attached with wrought iron hinges with wrought iron nails; however there are also modern screws..perhaps a more recent repair. Dimensions are 19 in h x 48.75 in w x 20.5 in d. Condition is good with surface wear, worn edges and paint, some stain spots, missing a side handle, and some of the edges of the lid is loose. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
