This is a lot of eight original vinyl recordings dating to a 1945 in tribute to songwriter Jerome Kerns. Coming from the family estate of Morton Metzler, an executive at the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP). The recordings from this dinner include performances by The first record begins with an introduction and than an overture for "The Way You Look Tonight". Nelson Eddy and Patrice Munsel emcee the event. The stars paying tribute to Kern include Oscar Hammerstein, Dinah Shore, Jack Smith, Hildegarde, Frank Sinatra, Patrice Munsel, Nelson Eddy, Bing Crosby, Judy Garland, and Earl Wrightson. Hosted by Nelson Eddy and Patrice Munsel. These original recordings were made by CBS.
