Description
This is a vintage group of Moorcroft Pottery candlesticks and console bowl dating to the 1930s. Each is decorated in the Eventide pattern with trees in landscape. Stamped and signed for Moorcroft. From the estate of Gerald Goldberg, Esq., Lord Mayor of Cork, Ireland (1977-1978). The son of Lithuanian Jewish refugees, Goldberg was the first ever Jewish Lord Mayor of Cork.
The bowl is 12 1/4" diameter and the candlesticks are 10 1/2" tall.

Each exhibits damage. Breaks, losses, and old glued repairs. Crazing to the glaze.
