A MID CENTURY MODERN FLORENCE KNOLL FORMICA TOPPED TEAK CHEST OF DRAWERS, LABELED, 1972, the rectangular white linoleum top above three drawers with scrolled rectangular chrome handles and top drawer opening to an interior fitted with sliding tray, on square form teak wrapped legs, sides, and white linoleum covered back, verso top labeled “Knoll International / 320 Park Avenue / New York, N.Y. 10022,” rubber stamped “Jun 23, 1972.” Height: 29 3/8" Width: 36" Depth: 19 1/2" Provenance: Estate of the late Drs. Wiley and Gloria Biles, Houston, Texas; Proceeds to benefit Houston Baptist University.
Condition
Linoleum top has negligible wear and teak veneer throughout is a bit dry, but no discernible issues, sturdy frame and drawers open nicely.
