Born in New York and active in North Carolina and Virginia, Jim Henry has shown his work at galleries in the southeast since the 1980s including with The Collector's Gallery, Lee Hansley Fine Art, and The Mahler Fine Art in Raleigh and with Christa Faut Gallery and gallery W.D.O. in Charlotte. Henry's paintings are in the collection of the Hickory Musem of Art and the Fayetteville Museum of Art, as well as numerous private collections.
