A vintage 1970s Judaica artistic relief bronze plaque depicting an abstract composition with engraved lines of Psalm 150 to the center. Mounted on the stand. Signed at upper and lower edges. Nehemia Azaz, also known as Nehemiah Henri or N H Azaz (1923 to 2008), was an Israeli sculptor, ceramicist and architectural artist, who spent half of his working life in the UK. Best known in Israel as the founder of the Department of Artistic Ceramics at the Harsa factory in Beersheba, Azaz made his studio base in Oxfordshire, England from the late 1960s onwards, working in stained glass, wood, concrete, bronze, brass, copper and aluminium. His best known work in USA was the panels for The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is the “Concert Lounge dedicated by the State of Israel.” Judaica Art Bronze Plaque, Wall Decor, and Collectibles.
