Late 20th century, pencil on paper. Well done copy of "The Property of Joseph S. and Mary H. De Long, Topton, Berks County, Penna: 1881!" including his signature. After original sold at Pook & Pook, lot 121, October, 2012. Reeded frame, 27.75"h. 45.25"w.
Condition
Not examined out of frame. Visual inspection shows some faint creases, mostly on the top and bottom edges of the left side, very faint areas of toning also mostly on the left side and a few small (â…›”d.) stains including bottom edge and large central barn, and smaller spots of foxing. No tears or repairs found.
