Gli statuti sono divisi in sette libri: Liber primus “de regimine et officiis”; Liber secundus, diritto civile e diritto processuale civile; Liber tertius, diritto penale; Liber quartus, artigianato, Commercio e polizia urbana; Liber quintus, strade, vie, canali, acqua, ponti; Liber sextus, “Liber damnorum datorum”; Liber septimus “Decretum contra rurales occidentes seu percutientes Cives”.
