Selection of six sterling silver and silverplate colorless glass inkwells comprising: a Victorian inkwell with cut glass body (marks of John Smith, Dublin, 1874) on repousse tray (marks of Charles Boyton & Son, London, 1888), vasiform inkwell (marks of Henry Wilkinson & Company, Sheffield, 1843), inkwell with plated repousse cap (unmarked), two inkwells with plated plain hinged caps (unmarked), and a plated inkwell with art nouveau floral cap (unmarked). Provenance: From the Private Collection of Veronica Holmes, Atlanta, Georgia. Approx. of the inkwell on stand; total approx. weight of the tray, 5.65 ozt.

Condition

Chip to vasi-form inkwell; minor losses to plated cap with fleabite to glass.
