Hirschfeld, Al. "Tracy and Hepburn". (1903-2003) Immensely popular American caricaturist who also proved one of the most important figures in contemporary illustrations influencing two generations of artists, cartoonist and illustrators with his pure lines in black ink. During his 80 years actively working, Hirschfeld chronicled nearly all the major entertainment figures of the 20th century on stage, film, radio and television. Goldberg Auction's is auctioning nearly 20 of his signed, numbered, limited edition lithographs of some of his most popular works.
"Tracy and Hepburn" Hollywood royalty who made nine films together and enjoyed a 26 years long affair that began one week into production of WOMAN OF THE YEAR" until Tracy's death. Their collaborations proved consistently winning with at least three considered classics. Near mint condition in mat, actual engraving measures 22 x 18" and is in near to mint condition. AP XIII/XV.
