14K Yellow Gold Cased Alpina Hunter Pocket Watch, Dated 1933 in Working Condition. Elegant gentleman's 14K yellow gold cased Alpina hunter pocket watch. Stamped 585 inside outer case and inside inner case. With very little coaxing, pocket watch keeps excellent time. Inside of outer case, the watch is inscribed curiously to two people: 9/4/1933, Albert Schnitzer and Berta Weixler. Possibly an engagement present. Outside case sides have no inscriptions and exhibit very little evidence of any wear and any rubs present very easily polished out. Watch was kept very well for 90 years. Comes in original leather pouch. 70 grams, total gross weight with a 45mm watch face.
