Chinese Qing Dynasty Period, QianLong Douqing Glazed Plum Shaped Double Gourd Bottle vase. Potted in a shape of double gourd resemblance, with two bulbous bellies conjoined together, short cylindrical neck, straight open mouth, six sides body, raised on slightly short splayed foot base and slighty concave. Decorated in Douqing glazed, all reserved in sky celadon under glazed ground, the green glaze creates a mottled effect around the rim which is likened unto the blushing of human pale white skin. The immaculate porcelain body covered with a characteristic silky glaze, amazing crackling effect throughout the under glaze which produces fantastic a smooth textured surface.

The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, Made In The Years of QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
