The porcelain potted in celestial shape vase, thick and tall, globular lower body, straight cylindrical neck, flaring round mouth rim, raised on a short ring foot base with slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against famille rose design color, depicted of flying hundred butterfly over the surface, enclosed with interlocking ruyi and auspicious pattern. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The Under base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed red script characters reign mark. Made in The Years GuangXu Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
