Item Details

Description

The evening cape with elaborate embroidered design on flannel wool, lined with cream silk. Neck: 15in. Shoulder to shoulder: 21in. Length: 28in. Condition: The flannel and embroidery are both in very good condition. The silk lining is yellowed, with some staining, and fraying around the neck area. The thread hoop for neck closure is present, but the other part of the closure is missing.
