Thomas B. Kerr Nov. 1865 US Oath To The U,S. Constitution. This document from the state of Mississippi Tishomingo County dated Nov. 3rd, 1965 was administered by James M Amis, Justice of the peace for the United States in Tishomingo County, Mississippi. Mr. Kerr swore to faithfully protect and defend to protect the constitution of the United States in the oath. Mr. Kerr further swore to faithfully support all laws and proclamations that had been issued by the United States during the existing rebellion with reference of the emancipation. (Measured at 7.73"x12.5") Condition - The document is shrink wrapped on cardboard with folds and two-three small tears. Paper has some toning and a few foxing spots.
