Condition Report: Stains, marks and wear to the interior, which looks to be original. Veneer to the interior rim and underside of lid appears to have suffered water damage, as corroborated by the stains to the silk. A little wobble in joints. Some mounts loose. One piece of frieze moulding a little loose. General surface scratches, small splits and wear to veneer.
