Pablo Ruiz Picasso (Malaga, 1881 - Mougins, 1973)
Handwritten letter by Pablo Picasso. Signed and dated Paris 26th March 1947.
Addressed to "Eugenia", a friend of the painter to whom he writes, among other things: “A surprise, here I introduce María Concepción and her mother.." It can be supposed that the letter was accompanied by a photograph. This was Picasso and María Teresa’s first daughter, María de la Concepción, known as "Maya". He also comments that he finds himself "as usual, working day and night, as usual".
