Description

FRENCH LOUIS XV STYLE DORE BRONZE ADJUSTABLE FIREPLACE FENDER, 19TH C, 3 PCS, H 17", L 18""-38" Having impressed foundry mark "PCCF" over four impressed fleur de lis. A pair of dore bronze andirons with a matching adjustable crossbar fender. Each andiron measures H 17" x W 9" x D 4.5". The fender measures H 5" x L 28". Property from a private collection, Saugatuck, Michigan.

Condition

Having evidence of oxidation and verdigris. No damage or restoration. Patina is excellent.
