Wooden box lacquered in black and decorated on the lid with a gold paint and pigments. It represents two dragons surrounding a cartouche with three Chinese characters. lined with wrought silk and houses eight solid cinnabar inks decorated with inscriptions and scenes in relief with traces of gilding. Characters are observed performing different activities surrounded by landscapes and buildings. On each side there is an inscription of two characters.

In very good condition with patina.
