Harry Winston timepieces are distinguished by a number of design features and themes. Each watch features three arches, representing the façade of the Harry Winston store on Fifth Avenue. Elements of these appear twice on the Midnight Skeleton, at 3 and 9 o'clock. Another signature design is the emerald shape, representing Harry Winston's favourite diamond cut. Its octagonal outline appears on the company logo.

The reference 450-MAS42R was launched at Baselworld in 2012 and was available in both white and rose gold.
