An interesting New Hall bowl, circa 1795
The interior painted with a large gilt-edged circular panel finely painted with a woodland hunting scene, a gentleman with his shotgun raised to his shoulder, smoke still billowing from its barrels and four hounds fixated on the unfortunate duck falling through the sky, an elaborate gilt border below the rim, two smaller oval panels to the exterior of the bowl painted with a fine country house and a cottage, within gilt line borders, 22.5cm diam

Condition
In good condition with the enamels remaining very well. There is a small patch of wear to the gilding at the rim, approximately 1.6cm long and just visible in the catalogue photo at about 1 o'clock on the clock-face.
