Elegant figured frontispieces completely engraved in copper, accompanied by numerous full-page plates out of text from drawings by Gravelot, Boucher and others, and finely engraved by Cochin, Goulet, etc., slight blooms and reddening, coeval binding in brown calfskin, framed plates from gilded frame, to the smooth back red leather gusset with title embossed in gold, green gusset with tome number, elegant gilt friezes, back of the VII vol. partially detached, some lack and restoration, slight defects.
