With the original envelope, addressed in holograph and signed, with cancelled Penny Red Queen Victoria postage stamp. "Tavistock House" [London], 16 January 1857 On October 1, 1956, Assistant-Surgeon at St. Bartholomew's Hospital Andrew Melville McWhinnie delivered an Introductory Address which was published later that year by John Churchill in London.
