Description
Harry Houdini Personally Owned Alamo Cuff in Museum Quality Framed Display W/Sidney Radner LOA - This metal cuff was found buried in the sand at the Alamo in Texas, and was personally owned by famed magician and escapologist Harry Houdini. The cuff was made in England and used in 1836 during the Texas War of Independence. Houdini was billed "The Handcuff King", escaping from various sets of handcuffs (and other restraints), and this piece came from his personal collection. The cuff is framed in a museum quality framed display along with a letter of authenticity from Sidney Radner of The Houdini Historical Center. Sidney Radner of The Houdini Historical Center is the golden COA to have for something that belonged to Houdini. The letter in the shadow box is the actual original COA signed by Sidney Radner, from the famous Las Vegas sale attended by all the most famous modern magicians. Please note: This item is located in Missouri. Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer, and the auction house will help facilitate shipping arrangements, if necessary.
