The sapphire measures 11.6mm x 10.23mm x 8.25mm. It has abrasion to the crown facet edges, some small chips. The sapphire has a small healed fracture to one side. The diamonds are bright and lively, varying colour, I+, clarity mostly around VS. The setting is possibly a reproduction of the original period setting, the shank is later, London 1975. Some wear to the setting commensurate with occasional use.
