Description
A fine collection of original western maps published by the U.S. goverment. Many under the direction of Jefferson Davis. Many of the maps are the large size with the utmost of details showing recently discovered routes into the mountains. Maps showing wagon roads, location of Indian nationsand encampments. All maps from the archive. All maps basically clean. All folded as issue by the goverment. Each map showing some faultswithacid free mending on the reverse. No repair discoloration, no ordors. Maps published on goverment stock. Maps are a bit delicate from the low quality of the paper used. Maps are well over-size. 1) Washington Territory by J.
