CONDITION: Missing a few flakes of paint. No visible inpaint under UV light. Minor damages to corners of board.

BIOGRAPHY:
Born in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. John became the go-to-artist from Hollywood studios and magazines because of his ability to capture the essence of his subjects and get a dead-on-balls-accurate likeness. Solie is currently a member of the NASA art team with paintings hanging at the Kennedy Space Center and Johnson Space Center. He lives in Arizona and mostly paints western art now. His art is a pretty solid representation of what American Pulps is all about. Because, like us, it's all over the place. Weird sci-fi movies, saucy seventies flicks, oddball comedies, and some of our favorite Blaxploitation posters are below.
