A Chinese longquan ware celadon vase, dating from the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). A well balanced celadon vase with the foot and mouth roughly the same diameter, separated by a gently curving body with two design elements of ring handles connected to an outcropped creature. Four double bands of incised lines add to the design at the foot, upper and lower body, and below the rim. Some crackling to the glaze throughout.
