Boulle Marquetry Diminutive Secretary Bookcase, late 18th/early 19thc. The rectangular top with a pair of hinged glazed doors opening to a mirrored back and glass shelf, over a fall front fitted with gilt bronze mounts in the form of a mask and floral medallion centered by a pair of winged lion terms, the interior with a fitted leather writing surface and three small drawers, above a pair of hinge doors with Boulle marquetry inlay, raised on a bracket base fitted with gilt bronze mounts.

Dimensions: 61 in.h. x 32 in.w. x 13.5 in.d.

Condition: Some brass inlay lacking in areas, some old restorations, glass not original, interior of top section altered, inset leather writing surface in original condition with wear and losses.
