attributed to Piedmont North Carolina; late 18th century, poplar secondary, large rectangular two board top with beveled battens, single lipped and molded drawer, flush skirt rails with molded bottom edge, distinctive turned legs with lower collar and stylized raised pad feet.
28.5 x 47.25 x 35 in., floor to bottom of skirt 18.25 in.

As found estate "barn" condition; top with cut and replaced front right corner edge; gnawing and loss to upper left drawer face; original top with warp and re-set. Left underside board replacement, feet tipped.
