Two 19th C. artworks, Persian illuminated manuscript and Asian inspired watercolor of dove, both framed, details include: Persian illuminated manuscript, depicts 18th/19th C. life of Mogul dynasty noblemen, three male figures around orange tent in countryside, script in box at top, large blue border with scrolling foliate vine, matted and framed behind glass, not examined out of frame, wear consistent with age including minor staining, small hole where picture meets border at bottom, waving and toning of paper, etc., 8" h. x 4 1/4" w.; "Dove", framed watercolor on paper, note verso attributes work to an East India Company Artist, and dates it to early 19th C., depicts a beautifully rendered dove in shades of pink, yellow, cream, emerald, blue, etc., stands with one foot forward with shadow behind, no signature viewed, applied label verso from "The Drawing Room, 19 Linden Lane, Princeton, NJ", framed and matted behind glass, not examined out of frame, wear consistent with age including toning, a few scattered spots of foxing, etc., ss: 3 1/4" h. x 4 3/4" w., framed: 9 1/2" h. x 11 1/4" w.
