LIMITED EDITION, number 212 of 500 copies SIGNED BY THE ARTIST. Oakley was an early student of Howard Pyle’s Brandywine School. In 1902, Oakley was commissioned to paint a series of murals in the new Pennsylvania State Capitol Building.
