signed Wagner (lower left), bearing an impressed K.P.M. scepter mark and numbered 815 233, inscribed Wellenkuss/ Wertheimer, (Kiss of the waves) and Julius Greiner John, painter/ Lauscha Thür./ Germany in iron red script, further inscribed Brought over on S.S. Lusitania April 9th, 1910 in pencil to the reverse.
