Rare illustrated book 'Mauthausen', published in Prague very soon after the camp's liberation, approx. 80pp. 4to. in beige cloth boards with brown titles, and with rare illustrated duct jacket. The book is an illustrated examination of the camp with photos during its operation by the SS and shortly after its liberation by the Americans in 1945. Many graphic images including gas chambers, firing squad locations, bodies and mass graves, fortifications and defenses, etc. Very good, the dust jacket bearing some marginal tears and wear.
