Description
Seventeenth-19th century. Includes pen and ink documents on vellum listing French nobility with dates including 1637, 1649 and 1733. Several of these the Order of Malta blue archival seals. Also Napoleonic military documents printed on vellum with inked information including late 1700s dates. "Au Nom du Peuple Francais". All include the signed name "Bonaparte" at the bottom. Remainder are French and Italian letters and documents with some printed titles including "Gioacchino Napoleone, Re delle due Sicilie". One translation included for the Battle of Marengo. Varying loss, tears, stains etc.
