Description
A Chinese celadon glazed longquan plate, dating from the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Bottom of plate is smooth and cheek has shallow incised marks around, the flattens at the turned up rim, with a wide, recessed foot which shows a ring of unglazed stoneware. Back of pate is smooth celadon glaze.
