Technically VF with handsome, honest medium grey toning and a typically weak peripheral strike. This scarce type gets its name from its distinctive large cross situated above a monogrammed MA that is generally believed to stand for Maria Anna (Maria Anna was the Queen Mother and acted as regent for most of her son's reign).
