Signed P. Phillips on lower left, oil on canvas portrait. Believed to be a portrait of Robert R. Dearden (1872- 1938). President and editor of the Untied States Review. Portrait likely painted circa 1920-25 based on clothing style. Beautifully framed in carved gilded frame. Small dimple/paint loss top right see photo.
