Antique early 20th century German hand painted ceramic pottery lidded vase. Graced with floral decorations in cartouches around the neck and collar and the body, against a white ground against a blue speckled ground. Embellished with gold accents and coloration to the finial on the lid, handles, base and the rim borders. Measures 15" x 9 1/4". Signed ~ stamped with impressed Franz Anton Mehlem Bonn Rhein name, numbers and a gold painted crown design with the name Medici.

Condition: Good to fair overall condition having surface wear, craquelure and gold losses in places around. Estate fresh to the market.
