Elvis eventually gave these cufflinks to Colonel Tom Parker, as he would often wear pieces that he loved and later gift them to people he cared about. Elvis and the Colonel were particularly fond of black star sapphires, and many of Elvis' most famous pieces of jewelry use the gemstone.
